Fort Worth Avenue Development Group endeavors to protect your privacy. We provide this privacy policy to help you to understand our use of information we obtain about our members and site visitors.  We will use your information only for the purposes set out below.  Using this website and/or providing your personal information to us signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information
Personal information includes information that specifically identifies an individual or entity, such as email address and other contact information.  Personal information does not include non-identifiable, aggregated information.  We will only collect personal information that you choose to provide.  Unless your permission is explicitly given otherwise, we will not use and/or disclose personal information collected for any purposes other than to communicate information to you that would be considered pertinent to our members and associates.  At your request, we will cease any and all email communication to you.  However, as email has shown to be our most efficient and effective means of communication, we highly discourage this.

Use of cookies
As found with most websites, our server sends a small data file to your browser (called a "cookies") for the purpose of gathering and storing information about our website visitors.  To obtain information on how to manage cookies, visit www.aboutcookies.org.

Refund Policy

Donations are refundable within 3 business days of the date of contribution. A $10 processing fee will be charged for any retracted donations. Membership dues are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment. A member can also choose to have an overpayment applied to future membership renewals. Unless otherwise noted in the Event Payment Details, as a general rule, refunds may be obtained provided that cancellations are received at least 72 hours prior to an Event. However, refunds for events are not guaranteed. Refunds often depend upon the policies of 3rd party vendors and other factors. By registering for an event, you understand that you may not receive a full refund should you need to withdraw.
